From the Screen to Silk: The Journey of Betty and Johnny Thunder
From Paris Fashion Week to Times Square and Venice, a story of panthers, photography, art and cultural connection.
Some images have a life beyond the moment they capture. They become stories, travel across creative disciplines and find new ways to connect with audiences.
Following the exclusive Paris Fashion Week preview of the pilot episode of Betty and Johnny Thunder – A Panther Story, directed by Sarah Coldron and Michel Haddi, and the release of the accompanying Poster Print, LOOK UP unveils a new collectible chapter in this evolving creative journey.
Introducing the limited-edition silk scarf for the LOOK UP Times Square × Venice capsule collection.

At its heart is an original photograph by Michel Haddi, reimagined as a wearable artwork. Featuring two striking black panthers, handwritten annotations and an intricate jewel-pattern border, the monochrome composition brings together photography, visual storytelling and fashion in a distinctive collectible piece.
The artwork is completed by Michel Haddi’s signature and the inscription LOOK UP TIMES SQUARE | Palazzo Mora Venice—a visual reference to LOOK UP’s journey between two international cultural destinations.
An image. A story. A journey.
The panthers have a presence that extends beyond the image itself. Through the photographic vision of Michel Haddi and the wider creative world of Betty and Johnny Thunder – A Panther Story, they become part of a narrative that moves between screen, print and textile.
The scarf offers a new way to experience that image: not simply framed or displayed, but worn, collected and carried into the world.
It is a meeting point between photography and fashion, between an original image and its transformation into an object with a life of its own.
From Times Square to Venice—and beyond
LOOK UP continues to build connections between artists, audiences and cultural spaces. Its journey from the energy of New York’s Times Square to Venice reflects an ambition to bring creative projects into new environments and open new possibilities for artistic exchange.
The Times Square × Venice capsule collection is also a fundraising initiative supporting LOOK UP’s ongoing programming, production, artist collaborations, public presentations and international expansion.
Every purchase helps sustain this work and carry the initiative towards future cities and audiences.
